TreeTank bills the work that actually happens. Before starting, we describe the expected result, estimate the hours and agree on a limit. When the assumptions change, the estimate changes before the invoice does.

Before work starts, you get an estimate in hours and a visible budget range. We ask before going beyond the agreed limit.

Reserved capacity
Reserve 20–49 hours at PLN 190 per hour or 50+ hours at PLN 180 per hour. The same tracking and approval rules still apply.

EXAMPLE ESTIMATES
Useful ranges, with the assumptions left visible.
These are orientation points, not instant quotes. Every real estimate names the result, likely hours and conditions that could change it.
Technical decision or review
A live working session, review of the relevant code or documents and a concrete decision or next-step list.
Usually expands when: Broader codebase review, multiple stakeholders or research outside the materials already available.
1–3 hours

Focused automation or integration
One repetitive workflow connected end to end, tested on real examples and handed over with the essential operating notes.
Usually expands when: Unstable external APIs, missing access, historical data cleanup or several approval paths.
10–30 hours

Landing page or focused website
Visual direction, responsive implementation, essential analytics and a production deployment for one focused offer.
Usually expands when: Original copywriting, a complex CMS, many content variants, custom illustration or additional language versions.
20–50 hours

Working product prototype
The smallest useful product journey with real data or integrations, ready to put in front of actual users.
Usually expands when: Multiple roles, billing, complex permissions, data migration or production-grade compliance requirements.

ACTUAL TIME
AI acceleration lowers the bill.
You pay for tracked work that happened. We do not invoice a fictional manual-hours equivalent when AI shortens the work.
VISIBLE LIMIT
No quiet budget drift.
When new information changes the range, work pauses before the agreed limit is exceeded.
CLEAN HANDOFF
Code, context and ownership made explicit.
Custom code and essential documentation are handed over. The contract states what is transferred, licensed or based on reusable third-party components.
